A clear agreement

Before a visit, we agree who receives the report, what evidence is collected and how it will be used. Confidentiality terms apply to shoppers and everyone involved in preparing the assessment, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Careful observation

Our standard assessments use written observations and necessary purchase evidence. Covert audio and video recording are not part of the service. Reports focus on the guest experience and minimize personal identifiers.

Responsible participation

Management confirms authorization to commission the work and appropriate general staff notice and approvals. The exact visit timing and shopper identity remain undisclosed to venue staff.
